About a minute per person once your names are in. Most of that minute is you saying what you noticed. The writing, the design and the layout are done for you.

It depends on what you make and how many people are in your group. A letter is $6 to $12 per person, a certificate $3 to $5, and both together $8 to $15. The bigger the group, the lower the price per person, and you see the total before you pay. See all prices.

We'll fix it. Each one is made just for your group, so we can't offer refunds once you approve. If we got something wrong, we'll fix it for free. Before you approve, you can change anything yourself. Read the terms.

No. You give your name and an email for the receipt, and there is no password. If you need to stop partway, we can email you a link to pick up right where you left off.

A personal letter, an award certificate, or both, for each person in your group. You can also make a thank-you from the whole group to the person who leads it, with everyone's names signed on it.

From 1 to 500. The price per person drops at 2, 6 and 16 people.

The end of the year or season, a birthday, halfway through the year, before a break or holiday, a thank you, before a big day, saying goodbye, graduation or moving up, an award or milestone, or just because. There are Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthday designs as well as the everyday ones.

Anyone who leads a group: teachers, sports teams, music and dance studios, tutors, clubs, camps, workplaces and volunteer groups.

Each order covers one occasion. You can save it and finish later, but once it's finished, start a new order for the next occasion. Names are deleted with the order, so you'll add them again.

You do, with help. We use AI to draft each letter from only the notes you give us. Each one is written in your voice, about that one person. You review each one and change anything you like before you download, and nothing is final until you approve it.

No. Each letter is about one person and never compares them with anyone else. Award titles celebrate that person's own strengths and growth.

A moment you noticed, how they grew, something to keep working on, or what you'll remember. A sentence or two is plenty, and short and messy is fine. The more true detail you give, the more the letter sounds like you.

Yes. Tap to talk and say it the way you'd tell a friend. Your words appear as text, so you can fix anything before the letter is written.

Yes. Choose to use your own words, then say or type the whole letter. We only take out filler words, fix the punctuation and add paragraph breaks, and the certificate is written from what you said.

Yes. Review each one, change anything you like, or ask for a fresh version. Make sure it says what you meant, then approve it.

No. Each letter is built from what you said about that one person, so no two are alike. The designs match, so the set still looks like it belongs together.

Print ready PDFs on US Letter pages: one file of letters and one of certificates. Print them at home or at any print shop. You can also email each one to the family straight from the app.

Letters look best on 32 lb bright white paper, which is a little thicker than copy paper and works in any home printer. Certificates look best on 65 to 80 lb matte cardstock, fed one sheet at a time.

Yes. Pick your group's colors, and add a logo if you have one. They appear on the letters and certificates.

Only what we need to make your letters. Last names are optional, stay on your device and are never saved. Everything is deleted 30 days after your order is finished, or 60 days after an order is started and never finished. Read the privacy policy.

No. First names are all we need. If you add last names so they print on the page, they stay on your device and are never saved.

Grades, health details and anything private. A letter is a keepsake, so kind, true moments are all it needs.
